Baffa and Bernardo Rísquez both came up in Caracas and its electronic scene, and after years in different corners of Europe, both now call Barcelona home.

Baffa started as a mobile DJ in Caracas and found his way into techno in the late 90s, later playing in Sur Carabela and Chucknorris and co-founding the Teklab collective. Since moving to Barcelona in 2009 he has released as Moreon & Baffa on Visionquest, Social Experiments and Subwax, and now runs his own label, Innerkut.

Berns is Bernardo Rísquez, one half of Different Fountains, the duo he formed with Michael Langeder in Brussels after the two met studying architecture in Caracas. Their records on Meakusma and their own Different Fountains Editions sit somewhere between outsider house, ambient and warped pop.

For "If Only", taken from Pablo Sanchez's album Archipiélago, they slow things down to a mid tempo pace and let the track breathe, with a warm, Balearic feel that suits late afternoons as much as the end of the night.
